Recipe #1 INDIAN EGG

Turmeric is a very important condiment often used in India. Turmeric protects the liver against many toxins and lowers cholesterol. It has antibiotic, anticancer, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Do not hesitate to use as much as you can in your favourite recipes. Try this wonderful recipe as good as lunch or supper than breakfast.

Recipe #1
INDIAN EGG
In a pan, heat some olive oil at low temperature. Add:
1 small onion
1 piece of red pepper
1 small garlic
1 celery stick
1 very small piece of cayenne pepper
During this time, prepare these herbs:
1/2 teaspoon of ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon of parsley
A pinch of grey sea salt or Himalayan salt (more minerals)
A good pinch of black pepper
Add 1 tomato in small pieces and the herbs that you prepared to the vegetables in the pan. Then add an egg in the middle of the vegetables. Serve on a wet sheet of nori (seaweed).
